A dramatic incident unfolded during the live final of Britain's Got Talent on Sunday night, resulting in a performer from the Ssaulabi Performance Troupe being rushed to hospital after a mid-air collision with a colleague.

The incident occurred when two members of the Korean martial arts group attempted to kick a wooden block but instead collided. The injured performer, whose name has not been disclosed, was seen hobbling out of the Hammersmith Apollo to an awaiting ambulance, clearly in pain and unable to walk unaided.

Judges Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, and Bruno Tonioli looked on in shock as the performer struggled to stand and eventually crawled off the stage to seek help. The on-site medical team quickly responded, providing immediate assistance before transferring him to the hospital.

After the incident, the performer shared a photo of his leg in pins from his hospital bed, captioned simply with the word "sigh." It is unclear how long his recovery will take, but it appears he may be sidelined for some time.

Fans of the show were quick to react on social media. One viewer tweeted, "Did one of the performers just break their foot? Looked serious #bgtfinal," while another added, "This is ever so cool but did I just see mateyboi break his foot and crawl off? That's gotta hurt #bgtfinal." A third fan praised the group's dedication: "These martial arts peeps should win tbf... Plus one has literally crawled off stage and probably broken his foot in the process so fair play #BGT." !-- JalewaAds - Ad Display Code -->

Despite the unfortunate accident, the show continued, and Sydnie Christmas was crowned the winner. In her post-win interview, Sydnie expressed overwhelming gratitude and addressed the "fix" rumors, insisting that her victory was genuine. She also shared her plans to use her £250,000 prize to continue working with her singing coach, who helped her throughout the competition. !-- JalewaAds - Ad Display Code -->

A spokesperson for Britain's Got Talent released a statement regarding the incident: "During last night's live final, a member of Ssaulabi Performance Troupe was injured. He was quickly seen by our onsite medical team before going to hospital for further treatment. All at BGT wish him a speedy recovery."

Sydnie's win, though celebrated, was tinged with concern for her fellow performer, underscoring the unpredictable nature of live performances. The Ssaulabi Performance Troupe's courage and dedication were evident, and the show ended with hopes for a swift recovery for the injured performer.
