“Question for all my girls.. which one of your boobs is way bigger than the other? Mine is my right one [laughing and hearts emojis],” Bailey wrote in her Instagram caption. Her followers quickly praised her openness, with one commenting, “Halle is so real,” and another adding, “I appreciate us naming this. Cause my left is way bigger and it stresses me. Now I feel seen.”

While breast size differences can result from various factors, including nursing, it can also occur in women who haven't had children.

In a similarly open moment back in April, Bailey revealed she has been grappling with postpartum depression following the birth of her son Halo last year. On Snapchat, she shared the emotional and physical challenges she has faced since becoming a mother.

“I have severe, severe postpartum, and I don’t know if any new moms can relate, but it’s to the point where it’s really bad, and it’s hard for me to be separated from my baby for more than 30 minutes at a time before I start to kind of freak out,” Bailey said. “Before I had a child and I would hear people talk about postpartum, it would kind of just go in one ear and out the other. I didn’t realize how serious of a thing it actually was. Now going through it, it almost feels like you’re swimming in this ocean that’s like the biggest waves you’ve ever felt and you’re trying not to drown.”

Bailey’s heartfelt disclosures resonate with many, shedding light on the often under-discussed realities of postpartum depression and body changes after childbirth . She and her boyfriend, DDG, quietly welcomed their son in late 2023, and since then, Bailey has been navigating the complexities of motherhood in the public eye.
