In a recent episode of her family’s podcast, “The Osbournes Podcast,” Kelly Osbourne didn’t hold back when discussing her former “Fashion Police” co-host, Giuliana Rancic. The 39-year-old TV personality dismissed Rancic as irrelevant, saying, “We don’t need to give her any f–king anything.”
The controversy stems from an incident in 2015 when Rancic made a “racist comment” about Zendaya’s hair on the E! talk show. At the time, Rancic had said that Zendaya’s hair smelled “like patchouli oil and weed.” However, it was Kelly Osbourne who faced backlash for the comment, even though she wasn’t the one who made it.
Zendaya, then 27, condemned Rancic’s words, highlighting the existing criticism of African-American hair in society. Rancic later issued a public apology to Zendaya, acknowledging that her remarks were “outrageously offensive.”
Despite the confusion, Kelly Osbourne ultimately left “Fashion Police,” and the show was canceled by E! in 2017. Giuliana Rancic’s current projects remain unknown to Kelly, who firmly believes that Rancic simply doesn’t exist in her world.
The fashion commentary show, which originally premiered with late comedian Joan Rivers and magazine editor George Kotsiopoulos, continues to be a topic of discussion in celebrity circles.
