Fans of Harry Styles now have the unique opportunity to delve into the pop star's past with a guided tour of Holmes Chapel, the picturesque Cheshire village where he grew up. Priced at £20, the two-and-a-half-hour walking tour covers significant locations from Styles' youth before his rise to global fame with One Direction.

Key stops on the tour include Mandeville's Bakery, where Styles worked before auditioning for *The X Factor*. Fans can even snap photos with a life-sized cut-out of Styles in his bakery uniform. Another notable site is Twemlow Viaduct, the spot of his first kiss. The Holmes Chapel Partnership initiated this tour to enhance road safety in the area, expecting to attract numerous fans over the summer.

A preview of the tour was given to a lucky group, including Gillian Calbi, 23, from New Jersey, and Ben McCormick, 16, a local student at Styles' former school. Calbi, an ardent fan who has attended Styles' concerts ten times, expressed her excitement, calling the tour her "dream job."

Local fans, like Caitlin, 18, and Leah, 27, are thrilled to walk in the footsteps of their idol. Caitlin, who has adored Styles since she was four, relished seeing where he started and meeting the people from his past. Leah, who frequently visits Holmes Chapel, hopes to catch a glimpse of Styles himself one day.

S

imon Wakefield, the owner of Mandeville’s Bakery, reminisced about Styles' humble beginnings, praising him as "a really nice lad, so easy and down to earth." He recalled granting Styles time off for his life-changing *X Factor* audition, a moment that sparked his meteoric rise to stardom.

Despite some iconic spots like Fortune City, a Chinese restaurant linked to Styles' date with Taylor Swift, being excluded due to distance, the tour promises a comprehensive glimpse into his formative years. Running on Saturday mornings from June 8 and weekdays through July to September, it is poised to draw fans from far and wide.

In 2023, Holmes Chape

l, with a population of just 6,700, welcomed over 5,000 visitors, a testament to Styles' enduring popularity. The new tour is expected to further boost these numbers, offering fans a tangible connection to their favorite star's origins.
