Jose Mourinho has reportedly agreed to become the new manager of Fenerbahce, signing a two-year contract with the Turkish giants. This move comes five months after his departure from Roma, where his tenure ended on a sour note.

According to renowned football journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Mourinho will replace Ismail Kartal at Fenerbahce. This appointment marks Mourinho's 11th managerial role in his illustrious career.

Mourinho's stint at Roma, which lasted two-and-a-half years, saw him lead the team to victory in the UEFA Europa Conference League. Despite this success, his tenure was marred by internal conflicts, ultimately leading to his dismissal in January 2024.

Fenerbahce fans are eager to see what Mourinho, often referred to as "The Special One," will bring to the team. Known for his tactical prowess and charismatic personality, Mourinho's arrival is expected to boost the club's performance and profile.
